Cutting edge 1940's body streamlining for aspiring sea nymphs

"Girls, it seems that after you've helped to win the war, you'll still have another battle on your hands... legs and things... the battle of the bulges - and here are some of the latest mechanised units and maneuvers, or rather wo-maneuvers.

There's a time and place for everything, but the tum isn't the right place."

Gotta love these gorgeous ladies, all smiles in their killer 40's swimsuits being "streamlined" - all whilst in heels, naturally.

Grazia's 1960's shopping guide

Thanks again Grazia magazine for another mention of Velour in this weeks issue, amongst a great article on the inspiring Mary Lipshut of ML vintage, and alongside Sydney institution Grandma Takes a Trip.

The only issue being, our boutique is no more - making shopping with us a tad tricky right now!

The online store is currently undergoing some some tweaks so keep tabs on our Facebook page and we'll let you know just as soon as it is up and running smoothly - not long now!
